He is responsible for the safety and security of the club, as well as the protection and defense of its members and prospects. He is responsible for securing any patches or colors from any member who retires, resigns, or is expelled. He can appoint members to help him get the colors back. He keeps Order during meetings and makes sure it runs by Roberts Rule of Order. When going to an event he plans every little thing about the trip from routes, arrival times, meeting spots if split, and when to leave.
