In the last of the Your Town "On The Same Page" podcast series, Founder Mark White had a conversation with Charlie Dark. 

Mark had huge respect for Charlie even before they met. Charlie is a thought leader & creator. 

We chat about a lot of things from growing up in London in the 80's, travelling the world as a DJ, his influence on the spoken word scene coming over to London, to creating a global community with "Run Dem Crew" and of course our love for running! 

More recently Charlie has found a real love & passion for Yoga and is now a teacher, plus is a global ambassador for Lululemon.
