In this episode, Rebecca talks to Adam Norsworthy - guitarist, solo artist, and member of both the Milk Men and the Mustangs. He is also prime mover in the charity festival Milkfest, which next year is in aid of Dementia UK, one of the main charities that she has supported in recent years.

Adam gives his views on how the scene has changed over the 20 plus years he has been involved.
