We discussed a number of topics including employability in the womens game, skillset for working at grassroots level and how we can self reflect by zooming out to analyse your performance.
Danielle has a number of roles including:

* Content Developer with The PFSA
* Talent Scout for The FA (Women)
And has a PHD in Employability.
This was a great episode to record and there was a lot of great nuggets of knowledge to takeaway from.
