Sharing the Savior in Suffering (1 Peter 3:13-17)
Description
Are Christians protected from harm because of the good deeds they do for the Lord? In this passage, Peter talks about the principles found in suffering, and how slander and suffering gives believers an opportunity to share what God has done. How do we defend our faith in moments of suffering? In this sermon, Pastor Christopher breaks down the three 'Be' statements Peter discusses in his teachings. He also talks about what a crisis can do for believers and what things we should know in defense of our faith. What statements can we use in defense of our beliefs? Why do we need gentleness and reverence? How does God's direction and guidance effect our lives?
