Welcome to When It Goes Wrong, the podcast about disasters, accidents and when things fall apart. On this episode we will be discussing some boat / shipping disasters. We will discuss the MS Estonia, a ferry which sank when crossing from Estonia to Sweden in 1994 and is one of the deadliest maritime disasters of all time, the TEV Wahine which sank in 1968 off the Wellington harbour and the MS Herald of the Free Enterprise, a car roll on, roll off ferry which capsized near Belgium in 1987.
