Scriptures state that gossip betrays confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret." (Proverbs 11:13 )

It is no secret that churches have been a place where people could go and receive spiritual advice, guidance, and prayer, so why is it that people leave the church feeling embarrassed, ashamed, and hurt?

When someone betrays a confidence, it is hard to gain that confidence back, but there are ways to avoid this betrayal.
