Yesterday, the Irish Fiscal Advisory Committee met with the Oireachtas Budgetary oversight committee to talk about new EU economic rules, and they proposed introducing new legislation to cap the budgetary spending increases.

Kieran is joined by Seamus Coffey, Chair of IFAC and Lecturer in Economics in UCC to discuss.
