Para esta gran solemnidad del año hemos seleccionado el himno eucarístico por excelencia, el “Pange lingua” en sus tonos romano e hispano. Sería el tono romano el que inspiraría la “Missa Pange lingua” de Josquin Despres que nos acompañará en el programa, reconstruida con las partes del propio en canto llano a cargo del Ensemble Organum y la polifonía en las voces del Ensemble Clement Janequin.
