For today's message, we'll look at self control, the very last fruit of the Spirit that Paul names in Galatians 5. We'll direct our attention to three thoughts surrounding self control:

> Reject all excuses
> Remember your reward
> Submit your flesh

The submission of our flesh should include a feeding on the things of God, involvement in a church community and a desire to turn apathy into action.
