As the ladies enter a key late-season battle against rival Arizona, they are ranked in the top 10 in the country and in prime position to repeat as Big 12 champions. A major reason for the success is the impact of Noemie Glover. A transfer from Oregon, she's already racked up multiple Big 12 Player of the Week awards and was recently named as a semifinalist for the AVCA National Player of the Year.
