This episode is for students of Skills for Work: Early Learning and Childcare at Inverness College. 
To take part you will need to get dressed for spending around 20 minutes outdoors and have something to collect some natural materials - sticks, leaves etc. Make sure you let someone know where you are going and how long you will be. Wrap up warm and look out for ice!
