Description
There are several things you can do right away to improve your sleep.
Try to remember to:
1)Keep your room quiet, dark, and cool
2) Make your room for just sleeping
3) Create a relaxing bedtime routine
4) Avoid watching TV
5) Maintain a regular sleep schedule
6) Get outside and exercise daily (but not close to bedtime)
