Description
It’s as if a double standard applies to us all.
I’m normally a hard-charging individual. I assert what I want and move quickly to get it. I use deadlines (which I call promises) to threaten counterparties to move quickly. Because I know individuals under pressure make mistakes.
However, if I am working with someone who is on my team and I want to succeed, I must lower the pressure. I don’t want them to make mistakes. Their errors are mine.
