The campaign is built on four simple daily habits: consuming five or more servings of fruits and vegetables, limiting screen time to less than two hours, engaging in one hour of physical activity, and avoiding sugary drinks. It’s a statewide effort to improve the health of children and families in South Carolina through small, consistent actions.
