Today on the show we get together with Nora Casanova, the Logistics Manager at Karsten Interior Services, a commercial construction subcontractor in Houston, Texas. Nora has three degrees to her name, including International Business, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas, and is currently enrolled in the University of Texas, at Arlington Construction Management Master’s program. She is also on the board of directors for the National Association of Women in Construction and led this year's Women in Construction Week Committee in Houston. While Nora is clearly a logistical genius, she also thrives on the chaos that comes from working in the construction industry. In our conversation, we discuss how Nora got into construction, what she loves about it, and how her education in logistics has helped her in the industry.
