Víctor brings over 20 years of educational leadership, having served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal at Ramona High School for eight years before moving to his current district role.
His dedication to students has earned him multiple recognitions, including Teacher of the Year in 2011 and Secondary Principal of the Year four times between 2017 and 2024. Beyond the classroom, Víctor is deeply committed to his community, serving on the boards of Latino Network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire, and the Riverside Greater Chamber of Commerce.
What makes Víctor's story particularly compelling is his personal connection to the district he serves. He immigrated from Mexico at age 10 and attended the very schools where he now works to ensure every student receives the best education possible.
