We're talking about social mobility and cultural capital this month and we have Anika an incredible young women and an ex student of Roma's talking about her experiences of joining the workplace and the cultural capital she needed to succeed as well as the mental health strains and having the courage to say when you need help.
We also have David Woolley who is the Director of Student and community Engagement at the Nottingham Trent University speaking about the work they do to firstly get their diverse student body ready for university and then the workplace.
