Winter Solstice Blessings ❄️

Morning Mantra: "Today I will celebrate the natural pause, the longest night that holds the promise of light."

I actually love winter. I see beauty in the gray skies, the bare limbs, and the thought of everything nested in and cozy. 
I love the idea of taking a nice long break to renew, reflect and refresh. An opportunity to go inward with deep intention, to care for our spiritual selves, our bodies and minds.

Nature operates in rhythmic cycles and is connected to everything.  Maybe we should align ourselves with the ebb and flow of nature and tune into the the natural rhythms that foster a sense of harmony and interconnectedness with the world around us.

Amid the hectic festive season, the Solstice reminds us to take a breath, to slow down and to embrace moments of darkness with hope, knowing the light will return.
