Bedenin ayaklarında birbirinden farklı ayakkabılar vardı ve olay yerinde diş kalıntıları bulunuyordu. O hafta sonu gençlerin katıldığı, günler süren çılgın bir parti yapılacaktı ve bu bedenin de o partiye katılan 19 yaşındaki genç Noah Presgrove’a ait olduğu düşünülüyordu. Gerçekler olayın basit bir vur-kaçtan çok daha fazlası olduğunu işaret ediyordu.
