Description

The South Bay Sewage Crisis is getting worse. An operations manager at the international boundary and water commission says the Hollister street pump station, which is on the US side of the border ,failed this week causing 30,000 gallons of waste to spill. Tomorrow, several members of San Diego County's Board of Supervisors will be sworn in for their second terms. Two north county beaches have been added to San Diego County's beach advisory list.
