One important thing to know about angels is that the term “Angel” is a job description that simply means one who is sent.
We see in scripture that men, pastors and even God were called Angels.
Four things you may not know about angels:
👉🏽 Angel is not their only name.
👉🏽 They are neither eternal nor everlasting: To be eternal is to have neither beginning nor end. Only One is eternal - God. - Psalms‬ ‭82‬:‭6‬ ‭
👉🏽They have free will: In Job Job‬ ‭4‬:‭18‬, Job‬ ‭15‬:‭15‬-‭16‬ ‭ we see examples of the fact that Angels have free will and can fall.
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭24‬:‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ God is not only going to judge men on earth, but the hosts of heavens.
👉🏽Nowhere in the Bible are we told that angels have wings: Throughout the Bible, they manifested as men, wind, fire.
Seven things angels can do for you:
👉🏽 They can intercede for you - Zechariah‬ ‭1‬:‭12‬, Revelation‬ ‭8‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭
👉🏽 Angels can expel demons - Revelations‬ ‭12‬:‭7‬, Daniel‬ ‭10‬:‭13‬, ‭20‬
👉🏽God uses angels to give believers strength

👉🏽 God can send His angels to give you insights - Daniel‬ ‭9‬:‭20‬-‭22‬
👉🏽The Angel of God can give/influence utterance - 1 Kings‬ ‭22‬:‭22‬
👉🏽Angels come with messages or the decree of the watchers - Daniel‬ ‭4‬:‭17‬ ‭
👉🏽Angels can execute Divine judgement - Acts‬ ‭12‬:‭21‬-‭23‬
