The co-hosts are joined by Michael Allen, Co-Founder of Scotland-based Naesip, producer of a non-alcoholic gin, called Munroe (much to Cess's excitement), and Casa Lumbre Spirits' Chief Innovation Officer, Iván Saldaña – aka the "spirit whisperer". He helped create Lewis Hamilton's Almave drink.
