Jamila Starwater Tazewell

Jamila is an artist, kundalini yogi and health nut based in Los Angeles. An entrepreneur since 2003, she is the creator of 11:11 enterprises and Starwater Yoga - two accessories brands featuring her colorful and visionary artwork on everything from passport cases to yoga mats. Jamila is a devoted student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga which she has found to provide the ultimate lens and lever to explore a creative life. Jamila has the profound good fortune to study with her teachers Harijiwan and Tej Kaur Khalsa since 2006 and be married to fellow yogi, artist and teacher Jai Gopal Khalsa since 2008.
