Ulrik Oldenburg has had a multinational upbringing from being born and raised in Zimbabwe in his early years before moving to Denmark with his family, before a brief stint in Florida before this family moved to Costa Rica in 1981, and since then Central America has been his home.
We discuss his younger years moving about and education in this part of the world, as well the cultural differences between Nicaragua and Costa Rica, raising his family and then we get into his passion for Sports-fishing here in Costa Rica.
