Zara spoke to Eddie Reddy who lost his sister and her two children, sport star Alan Quinlan speaks out about his difficulties with mental health and depression and bereavement group Console reveal thought provoking interviews.
The five part special series speaks to many more interesting guests who tell us their stories.
