In today's episode, we are talking about the spring equinox. It refers to the greek goddess Ostara. She's a lunar goddess representing earth moving forward and growing. Also, we reflect on the areas we have lived through, such as Margaret losing her mom and Martha developing into her career. We are proud of this little podcast.

We have goals for this coming season. Margaret wants to exercise daily and stretch and do the splits! Martha wants to be more present with her body and focus on cooking.
