We sat down with JWOC 2019 Sprint Gold Medalist Aston Key to have a chat about this years JWOC, how he got to where he is today, life as a full time orienteer in Europe, his development process, winning JWOC from outside of Europe, Str8 and Nvii, and a whole lot more!
