The Tempest is tasked with taking three veterans of the Federation-Klingon War to an anniversary ceremony. All three served on the Tempest and all have tangled histories with present members of the crew. But when the ship is diverted to look into a missing cargo transport, the situation becomes more complicated and old grudges rear their head.
