She carried her creativity through adulthood while learning how to use retreats for a much needed reset, even if it’s only a 10-minute break squeezed in between a full-time job, husband, and raising four kids.
Denise has launched the Creative Calm Studio and Creative Calm Mastermind under the Christenson Rae brand, and holds in-person and virtual retreats to teach caretakers how to take time for creativity, rest, and play.
