Description

Stress and anxiety are some of the leading causes of mental health disorders, and with almost half of Canadians reporting that their stress levels had increased during the pandemic, we wanted to do an interview to give us all some helpful tools to stay healthy mentally, and spiritually in this season.

Joining me is Dr. Grant Mullen, a mental health expert who specializes in helping people get and stay strong in this area, as well as Pastor Trevor Biehn from Stratford, Ontario, who has been on the front lines pastorally, helping people navigate this season. I hope you find today’s conversation an encouragement and a strength.

Thanks for joining us. Please share with your friends and loved ones.
