Description

Today's episode deals with fighting against our tendency to want to please others.  Why is it so hard to say no sometimes?  And what do we do if we or someone we know is suffering from burnout?  I sat down with Dr. Puja Aggarwal to talk about this.  Dr. Aggarwal has been on the show before and is a Board-Certified Neurologist and Epileptologist.  She is also a Certified Burnout and Growth Mindset Expert.  Back in season 3 we talked neurological disorders.  As a busy physician with a family, Dr. Aggarwal hired a mindset expert to help her years ago.  Now she helps busy professionals struggling to keep up with it all.  Dr. Aggarwal received her MD (Medical Doctor) degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University.  She completed her residency in Neurology at Ohio State University and a fellowship at Cornell University New York Presbyterian Hospital in Epilepsy.
