Are you stuck in the scroll hole? I'm talking about the non-intentional scroll through social media that can easily go on for hours!



I was stuck in that hole last year. The habit wasted my time and lowered my self-confidence and productivity.



In my search for a way out, I discovered the 'I Don't Scroll' (IDS) method. It’s simple but effective in killing mindless scrolling.  



Whenever I catch myself scrolling, I use a verbal trigger to stop and then substitute scrolling with more intentional actions like connecting with others, creating content, or consuming educational material. 



The method includes creating a 'What to do when you don't know what to do' list to replace scrolling with productive activities. 



I thought about deleting social media apps, but it's impractical. You need the apps to maintain your brand’s online presence and connect with your followers.
