Most people overthink, it's linked to our fight and flight response. We go over and over something until we feel it's safe. Like if you were running from a bear, after it happened you'd go over and over it, to see if you could have a better way to escape. Then next time we have a better idea of what to do. We tend to do this with everything in our everyday life, except there is no bear. You can move beyond that today, with a few tools and techniques.
