مدام فايزة
مدام فايزة بتشتغل في إدارة نادي مهم في الزمالك، في مكتب شؤون الأعضاء. أنا مش عارف مركزها إيه بالضبط، إنما من أسلوبها وطريقة تعاملها مع أي حد بيقف قدامها، واضح إن مدام فايزة مش قليلة. بدليل إنه لما تسأل أي موظف في النادي: "مكتب الاشتراكات فين؟"، ما بيقولش "المكتب هنا" ولا "المكتب هناك"، لكن بيقول: "مكتب مدام فايزة هنا" أو "مكتب مدام فايزة هناك".
لما دخلت المكتب، شفت ست قاعدة ورا شباك، وهي لا كبيرة ولا صغيرة في السن، ولابسة نضارة نظر. أنا على طول فهمت إن من أهم مهمات مدام فايزة: الدفاع عن وقت إغلاق المكتب.
