Alexandra Sutherland has lived it. She’s been down to the darkest depths and worked her way back out to be the strong, resilient and inspirational person she is today. 

It’s through these very lived experiences that Alex has found her life’s calling as a Counsellor and Sex Therapist. And she's recently started her own clinic, Inclusive Therapy, to help others who are struggling or who just need some guidance in their lives.

I spoke to Alex about topics very close to my heart, including mental health and the sexual liberation of modern society - you know, the juicy stuff.
