The challenges of lockdown and remote learning have been a common topic of discussion in my coaching sessions with teachers in recent weeks.
Here are some of the things they've shared that have been helpful for them:
1. Keep to a routine
2. Plan something to look forward to daily
3. Take a break from social media
4. Get outside/get fresh air
5. Express the mix of feelings that come up

7. Give yourself self-compassion
