*Episode is in Danish. Many of us have been brought up with the belief that hard cardio and a low calorie diet is the way forward if we want to lose weight or get in better shape. However, this can often have the exact opposite effect and in the long term, destroy an otherwise normal combustion. Likewise, it can feel counter intuitive for many to have to gain muscle mass if you want to lose weight, even though it is a far more sustainable and effective way to the body you want.


In this episode, we have a visit from Health Advisor at One Thirty Labs, Amanda Claesen. Amanda is a clinical dietitian and is studying for a Masters in Human Nutrition.


Amanda shares her own personal journey with overtraining, calorie counting and the transformation she herself has gone through to a healthy and strong body. She also shares a number of exciting insights about creatine and the importance of this dietary supplement.
