Talking to Darren Southam of the East of England Ambulance services about the stress and anxiety that emergency services could face on a daily basis.
We also discuss how noticing the signs of depression are not magic but would be the first steps to helping someone seek help.
Approach that person and be ready to listen, so that you can give support and encourage them to get help
