While receiving my award on stage I was asked to share one piece of advice to the audience. In this episode, I’m sharing what I said plus 4 more nuggets of wisdom, including:

— Putting yourself in more rooms and situations that scare you
— Being willing to show up imperfectly and help your clients now
— Feeling presence with yourself so that you can hold space for your clients
— Recognizing your gifts sooner
— Practicing discernment in the coaching you receive
