Sugar prices on the ICE exchange fluctuated today, with the March contract closing at 14.88 cents per pound. The May contract saw a slight increase, ending at 14.45 cents. The July contract also experienced movement, closing at 14.43 cents. Trading volume decreased significantly, with only 22,716 contracts traded, down from 59,947 yesterday. Open interest also decreased by 2,751, now at 946,976.
