In episode #33, we had a very personal and real conversation regarding mental health. September is suicide prevention month and today, we are going to dive into what we can all do to help this cause. Most of us have had some sort of experience with mental health issues ourselves or with people we know personally. This discussion will focus on some statistics about suicide and general mental health plus risk factors and what action can be taken.
