Summit School District educators show support for Colorado Springs School District educators with walk-in

Summit School District educators and support staff members alike showed solidarity for their counterparts in Colorado Springs on Wednesday, Oct. 8, by holding a walk-in, a brief demonstration that does not disrupt class time.

According to reporting from Colorado Public Radio, the district’s employees did so to protest the loss of their collective bargaining agreement and what they say is a retaliatory teaching environment.
