Intuition is a form of knowledge that appears in consciousness without obvious choice or thought.

It is not magical but rather a tool in which our impressions are produced from an unconscious place in our mind- formed from our past experiences and our cumulative unseen knowledge. 

If you are like me, then there were a lot of messages you got growing up to NOT trust your intuition. Building that trust in ourselves, and understanding what that intuition looks like and feels like to us, requires some assistance.
