We were fortunate to have Dr. Jena Morrison join us to discuss how we can support the mental health of our students, faculty and staff. What are some tangible practices we can use this new year to keep ourselves as healthy as possible? Jena shares resources she built at Richard Bland College focused on meditation and yoga practices and provides insight into what she finds works with students and staff.
