Description
It's Women's History Month and International Women's Day on March 8th so we wanted to bring in one of the best women's advocates we know. Allison started a networking group for women that hosted events. Braid Workshops inspired women entrepreneurs to start businesses, meet their goals, and thrive. She opens up to us about what it's like to be a woman of color in the workplace and the variety of experiences she has had in different industries as well as running her own business.
