Description

Campus Series:

This episode includes two separate discussions.

In the first one, Mr. Gift Tshuma, from the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD), explains the process of finding support through the OSD and what kind of assistance is provided. Importantly, he mentions that you can reach out to the OSD while you are still going through the application process.

To learn more about the OSD, see here: https://www.mcgill.ca/osd/

In the second discussion (31:15 ), I chat with Chloe and Ray, two members on the Executive Team of the Peer Support Centre (PSC). They share their own experience being volunteers and representing the Executive Team and they encourage all students to reach out whenever they need to talk. No matter is too small and having access to someone who will listen can be a great help.
