Systems and routines for better work habits
Systems are repeated patterns used to complete regular activities. Routines are the activities maintained and done on a regular basis. In Today’s episode we focus on how to be more intentional about our routines and systems for developing better work habits.
Systems are a means to an end, it is important to clearly define the purpose for said system. Environment play an important role in our routines and system, certain behaviours are triggered in certain environments. So it is important to prime our environments and make it optimized for the systems and routines that will be helpful for the desired work habit.
Every good system has feedback mechanism built-in.
