Nico is A Holistic Health Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Human Performance Coach. In Nico's work he not only coaches you on how to find balance within the physical body and balance your physiological systems but he also focuses on the mental and emotional body. With a knowledge and awareness developed from doing his own work, Nico has a deep understanding of how emotional work, inner child work, understanding your archetypes, legacy planning and goal setting all contribute to an integrated and whole existence.
