“Don’t be afraid to be you, because every person is unique. Whatever it is that you’ve got, let it shine. ”
In episode 102 of #TDLS, I’m delighted to sat down with Travis Weertz. Travis is a senior UI/UX designer at Wunderman Thompson, and web developer focusing on brands and just making cool digital experiences that people love. One of his works was featured by Apple for Top 20 photo apps that’s been used in over 10 countries, with over 100,000 active users. Also, Travis had unique opportunities to work on projects for clients such as Barack Obama, Facebook, Google, Spike TV, and Universal Music to name a few. In this episode, we talk about:
- His awesome design life stories from ground up
- How he was able to find his love for design and music
- Starting out as a designer and his influence for his amazing works that he is putting out there
- Finding that thing that lights your fire
- And why it is important for your creative health
- Actionable advice to make sure you keep what you love about your job in front of you at all times
- And much much more...
